Maiwa works in India with silversmiths to place stones and old pieces in 92.5% silver settings. As with textiles, we look for local elements that carry the feeling and voice of a culture.
Our enthusiasm for this work has ignited renewed interest in traditional designs. Often the combination of antique elements in new settings provides the perfect contrast to fire the imagination.
