It's our favourite fibre. Linen, woven into a cloth with a drape and hand that is unmatched. A cloth that can be one thing if it is ironed clean and flat, and quite another thing as it is laundered freely and permitted to crumple and fold. Linen as it ages takes on a buttery hand, with a light softness and the familiarity of an old friend.
